Contact your distributor to purchase a replacement NTAG 424 DNA tag. Make sure to specify the correct model — the card must be an NTAG 424 DNA (not a standard NFC tag). Once you have the replacement, log in on the top-up page with the new card to link it to your account.
No. The card uses NTAG 424 DNA technology with tamper-resistant features that prevent cloning. It cannot be copied or emulated on a phone. This is a security measure to protect your top-up balance.
With the 4 included LED bulbs (5W each), the 60Wh battery can power them for approximately 3 hours at full brightness. For USB charging, it depends on the device — a typical phone can be charged multiple times. The solar panel replenishes the battery during the day, so with good sunlight the system can run indefinitely.
No. For safety reasons, the StablRay charger checks PV module compatibility before accepting power. It is designed to work exclusively with the included 20W monocrystalline panel. Connecting a third-party panel may cause the charger to reject it or, in some cases, damage the system.
Yes. The StablRay unit supports pass-through charging — you can charge devices via USB or DC ports while the solar panel is connected and charging the internal battery.
First, make sure your card still has remaining days — check the dashboard on the top-up page. If the device still doesn't respond, contact your distributor for support. The device comes with a warranty period against manufacturing defects.
